Winslow Kitchen Studio

Winslow Kitchen Studio is a custom kitchen cabinetry and design studio located in Hilton Head Island, SC.  This theme was created when I worked as a subcontractor for a web development team.  One of my favorite parts of this design is how the header logo and name float over the background giving it the appearance of a glass overlay.

This is another example of making a dark theme look light and readable with the use of lighter text background and strategic use of multifaceted gradients.  With the use of custom fonts the text looks elegant and uncommon.

One of the noteworthy features of this design are the color coordinated social media buttons in the header. These are accomplished with a matte glass transparency for the static buttons and an onyx black and gold hover images.

My original page layouts included over a dozen sliders, each showing an array of the product line being featured.  Also included was a newsletter signup with QR code, and a video slideshow of a variety of their beautiful designs.
