International Land Alliance

International Land Alliance, Inc. is an American company who offers resort property in Mexico. This website is an information site and shopping cart for the sale of Mexican resort properties.  The custom WordPress theme is built on Twitter Bootstrap, a fast and highly responsive set of CSS and JavaScript codes.

The homepage is a bold orange sunset with a hammock and palm trees which immediately sets the emotional tone for the rest of the website. Besides the beautiful location, there are two important sales points that needed to be dominant.  (1)  That you can “live the tropical paradise retirement of your dreams” and (2) because their financing model is very liberal: “Your financing is already approved!”   I chose to present the two sentences on blocks of high contrast colors with reversed color text.  This both makes it easy to read and gives this information the prominence it deserves.

Because this company will be selling lots of property in several locations, I chose to make their first two location mini-websites inside the main corporate site.  Each has it’s own color scheme and look based on the logos they had already developed.  This serves the purpose of allowing one website and shopping cart work for all their locations while giving them unique landing pages the individual resorts.

Oasis Park Resort, San Felipe, Baja, Mexico, mini-site uses an ocean blue theme that matches their logo.  I created a simple one slide slider that is elegant and soothing.  All pages under this heading are themed the same.

The other location underdevelopment is Valle Devino Resort in Ensenada, Baja, Mexico.  This is currently only a coming soon page yet it is themed differently in red and gold to match this logo.

Other noteworthy aspects are a locale weather widget, property search feature, and a PayPal and credit card shopping cart for immediate purchase of properties.
